Class DescriptionsGentle Yoga - Unwind from a stressful day with a gentle, relaxing yoga class. Based on classical yoga, you will learn basic breathing and yoga postures that will provide a strong foundation for more advanced yoga practices. 75 minutes
Hot Yoga - Bikram's style yoga series is for all levels. Looking for a challenge and like to sweat? 26 postures performed in a heated room. 90 minutes
Intro to Yoga - For the total beginner. Learn basic yoga postures, use of props and breathing techniques. Will prepare you for Level I yoga. 60 minutes
Mysore Yoga - This is an open 2 hour format which students working of 1st and 2nd series Ashtanga can develop their personal practice with the assistance of an instructor.
Pilates BodyIQ Mat Class - Based on work of J.H. Pilates, this floor work will teach you the body basics of posture and body alignment. It will stretch and strengthen core muscles which are essential for maintaining a strong, healthy and youthful body. 45 minutes
Pilates Equipment Class - This class will work on the equipment designed by J.H. Pilates offering a full body workout with emphasis on form and function, core strength, and flexibility. 60 minutes
Pilates Power Mat - A challenging intermediate level class which includes standing postures/exercises along with floor work. 60 minutes
Yoga Level I - This class is an Ashtanga based practice for the advanced beginner who is interested in learning 1st series Ashtanga practice. 75 minutes
Yoga Level II - This rigorous vinyasa (flow style) class which strengthens your entire body, leaves you feeling peaceful and energized. Covers the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. 90 minutes

Course DescriptionsIntroduction to Yoga - This class is for the total beginner. Class will cover basic yoga postures, breathing techniques and use of props. $90 for 10 classes M-W or T-TH 5 weeks
Pilates Open Combo - This class is open for equipment and mat work. Structured to all each participant to work at their own level on a variety of exercises in a semi-private environment. 75 minutes. $300 for 10 classes for 5 weeks
Meditation - Vapasana - This 45 minute practice will cover the basics on vapasana meditation technique. $90. For 10 classes Wednesday evenings 8 p.m.
Pilates Introductory Class - Introductory Pilates Class is required prior to participation in group classes. $35. Saturday 1-3 p.m.
