Products Used: Wellcraft® Well Model #5600 with Polycarbonate Dome Cover Project Description: This egress system was installed in an 8" thick, cinder block foundation. We used our mini-excavator to dig the hole for the well. We removed the existing window and created the rough opening for the new window. We installed the window and installed a drain to the existing sump pump system. Then we installed the well, the window trim and the cover. This was a finished basement prior to us installing the well so we also refinished the new window opening to match the existing basement finishes as if the window had always been there.
