"What Martha does with Living is very cool, so I wanted to make a piece of music that was very homey," explains Keb. "Something that felt very homey and warm, like a nice hot cup of tea."
Keb' also recently performed on an episode of Sesame Street that aired on March 15 and will also air on June 14, September 13, and December 13. The song chosen was taken from Keb’s family-oriented Big Wide Grin on Sony Wonder, with a scheduled June release.
Keb' Mo' was also scheduled to tape another episode of Martha Stewart Living to air later this spring.
In addition to his gigs with Martha and the Muppets, the title track
from Keb's new album The Door was slated for a March 6th release.
