Access to third party and equity advance programs are vital to corporate relocation, and while members may work with major corporate transferees and third party firms, consideration should be given to RELO'S developed joint programs for home purchase services which offer members increased opportunities to capture a larger share of the local corporate relocation market.
RELO Corporate Service is a special division that functions as a provider of both home purchase and home finding services for major corporate clients. RELO Corporate Service also performs detailed and personalized services including family counseling and assistance for individual and group moves. The transferring families are then assigned to a RELO member company for local assistance in marketing property or to provide home finding services.
Additionally, RELO member companies may participate in the RELO Broker Certification Program, which is designed to test and recognize the acquired relocation skills and knowledge of our brokers, their employees and sales associates. Through RELO certification, corporations and their relocating employee families can be assured of receiving outstanding professional relocation services from our members.
