Firm Leadership

In order to provide the excellent quality services that our clients expect and deserve, the firm is committed to hiring and retaining a highly qualified staff of tax and accounting professionals.

Our professional staff includes certified public accountants, engineers, MBAs, and transportation planners who bring a diverse background and wealth of experience to each engagement.

We require each staff person to obtain a minimum of 40 hours of continuing professional education credits each year, and most of our professionals exceed this requirement.


After graduation, joined the international accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand), where he worked for nine years in their Philadelphia Office. worked for three years as a manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC)'s Emerging Business Department. This department specialized in servicing small and medium sized businesses.

is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Washington DC, and Maryland. graduated from Temple University in 1975 (Magna Cum Laude) with a degree in Accounting.

is responsible for establishing the firm’s strategic direction and overseeing the firm’s business affairs. He oversees all projects and insures that sufficient resources are available to address clients’ needs. In addition to managing the firm, serves as project manager on Financial Capacity Assessments of multi-billion dollar light rail projects throughout the country and has a small local government and small business client base. He is currently involved with the assessment of light rail projects at Bay Area Rapid Transit in San Francisco, Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority in Boston, and Tren Urbano in Puerto Rico to name a few. He also reviews the Cost Allocation plans of various counties and agencies receiving federal grant assistance from the Department of Transportation, such as the County of Miami Metro-Dade in Florida and City of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

In prior years, has worked on large special projects for Arco Chemical Corporation, Philadelphia Gas Commission, the Federal Transit Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), Office of Homeland Security, National Park Services, and the Resolution Trust Corporation.

His professional activities include membership in the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of CPAs, Maryland Association of CPAs, and the National Association of Black Accountants.

community activities include serving on the board of directors of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Montgomery Hospital in Norristown, Pennsylvania and the African American Chamber of Commerce.


Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. graduated from Drexel University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.

After graduating from Drexel University, joined the international accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), formerly Coopers & Lybrand, where he worked for five years in their Philadelphia office. worked in the audit department as a supervisor or senior on several large engagements. His experience includes manufacturing, construction, insurance, environmental, non-profit, partnerships, financial services, health care, S.E.C., and Regulated Investment Companies (mutual funds). Some of his clients included Tastykake, Congoleum, Pennsylvania Manufacturers Insurance Company, Provident Mutual, IA Construction, and the Resolution Trust Corporation.

As a Principal with he is responsible for the Assurance Services Department, which involves primarily audit and consulting engagements. has overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Assurance department, which entails client relations, engagement performance and planning, quality control, and staff training. He is currently leading the firm’s effort as the Financial Management Oversight Contractor for transit infrastructure rebuilding projects at the World Trade Center site in New York. This effort involves monitoring the grantees responsible for the construction effort. Finally, oversees our participation in the AICPA Quality Review Program, which has led to the firm completing three consecutive peer reviews with no "letters of comment".

His professional activities include membership in the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce & Engineering in 1988.

After graduating from Drexel, she worked in the Construction Management Department of Urban Engineers, Inc. providing project management of heavy and highway construction projects, primarily for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Her experience includes working as a construction inspector at the Philadelphia International Airport.

In 1992, she joined As a Principal, she is responsible for the firm's Transportation and Capital Project Consulting Practice. The engagements she manages include those with the Federal Transit Administration, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia Shipyard Development Corp., Pennsylvania Department of Budget’s Redevelopment Capital Assistance Program and New Jersey Transit Corporation.

Her professional affiliations include Women's Transportation Seminar of Philadelphia (past Chapter President), American Public Transportation Association (APTA), Pennsylvania Public Transportation Association (PPTA), American Society of Highway Engineers, Pennsylvania Highway Information Association, and participant at the U.S. Congressional Black Caucus Transportation Braintrust.
