Once Upon A Time (MP3)

C & Traditional Children's Music

lyrics

A nursery rhyme...

Once upon a time
There was a place with a race
Known as people
A remote place in space
Where human equaled all

Not that bizarre a star
Known as the Sun
And, for a while there was life on the third planet
Then, the race decided to ban it

Thinking themselves advanced
They really had a crude attitude
Ahhh... but, you should have seen `em when they danced
Yes, when you'd see them dance
You'd say, "They have a chance!"
Argh... but, there was a day
When the music wouldn't play
A trial of their denial
They'd demanded rights
And, though it may look silly
They'd except no responsibility
Really
More fights
Less delights
They spiraled. They twirled...
Into a dog eat dog world

Once upon a time
There came to be no nursery for which to rhyme
