Construction Inspection

To verify that a project is constructed in compliance with all specifications and requirements, Alta Design Associates has the necessary qualifications for inspection and testing of residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. Much of our staff actively pursues advanced education and professional licenses and certifications from such nationally recognized organizations as the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), and the American Concrete Institute (ACI). Our staff also has the use of up-to-date testing equipment that includes concrete slump cone kits, concrete air-entrainment meters, soil moisture testers, nuclear moisture/density meters, floor profilers, and H-Nu meters. Our geotechnical staff is also experienced in assessing the strength qualities of rock, and determining physical and structural compositions of soil.
