The C.D. includes the following tracks:

1. Welcome to Wal-Mart (Michael Stegner)

Welcome to Wal-Mart welcome to America. I'm hungry, I'm horny, I'm homely, and all I eat is balogna. My mom says I'm cute, but I know the truth, I'm the ugliest kid in school... Why is there dirt in my bellybutton? Why is my sister my girlfriend? Some go to the movies while others go cruisin' but I go to Wal-Mart instead.

2. One Happy Day in a Midwestern Country Town (Matt Glassmeyer)

3. Peeing in the Pool (Michael Stegner)

Have you ever wondered why it feels so good when you pee in the pool, pee in the pool? Have you ever wondered why it tastes so bad when you pee in the pool, pee in the pool? Have you ever wondered why the sky is blue when you pee in the pool, pee in the pool? Have you ever wondered why it feels so good when you pee in the pool, pee in the pool?

4. Phlegm (Matt Glassmeyer)

5. Pizza for Brains (Michael Stegner)

You got pizza for brains, pizza for brains, pizza for brains and I want to eat them.

6. Newspeak (Matt Glassmeyer)

I practice goodthink. I'm in the P.T.A. I knife the crust off their sandwiches everyday. And when it's plus cold I give them jackets and when it's uncold I make lemonade. And now it's postday I hand the bottle I steal. I'm drinkful like I was back in my youngful days. Now very speedwise, I grab the whips and chains, but people never know they think I'm gooder. And now it's postday, I car my child to school, they deserve it since they'll never worship nicotine. I look plus happy, that's all that matters, 'cause my life is double plus good.

My life is double plus good. My life is double plus good. My life is double plus good. My life is double plus good.

7. Calculator (Michael Stegner)

8. Glasdme (The Jongleurs)

9. I Think I'm Gonna Die (Michael Stegner)

I think I'm gonna die. I think I'm gonna die. I think I'm gonna die. I think I'm gonna die. I think I'm gonna die. I think I'm gonna die. I think I'm gonna die. I think I'm gonna die... I think I'm gonna die. I think I'm gonna die. I think I'm gonna die. I think I'm gonna die. I think I'm gonna die. I think I'm gonna die. I think I'm gonna die. I think I'm gonna die...

I think I'm gonna, I think I'm gonna, I think I, I think I, I think I'm gonna die.

10. Save Me (Eric Hastings, Forrest Giberson, Michael Stegner)

Scat solo by Josh Sclar.

11. Big 60's (Matt Glassmeyer, Eric Hastings)

Go to the W.D. in your neighborhood, just look for the sign that says, "Crackin' Good." Get into the feel as I slide behind the wheel. I'm gonna have me some for every meal. I love my Big 60's I got from Winn Dixie they got Mark Martin sporting a black Chevy. They may look kind of crude but they put me in the mood and I'll be damned if they ain't my favorite food. Lemon filled love, sweet vanilla cream, fudge filled madness is my wet dream. Five times twelve, three times twenty, it all equals 60 - and 60 is a plenty.

Well I was feelin' kinda shifty, felt like I was kinda old. I want something to lift me I used to feel so nifty. Right then something hit me, I know what can fix me. So I headed for Winn-Dixie, got myself some Big 60's.

So I ate all those big 60's that I got from Winn-Dixie they taste so nice and shitty but they make me feel so good. I used to buy from Girl Scouts but now I'm way to chinsy, all I need's a buck-fifty and I'm eatin' some Big 60's.

I was headed down the road one day and thought "Hey I'm Hungry." I reached into my bag and grabbed myself some big 60's.

12. Indians (Matt Glassmeyer)

13. If I Only Had a Canoe (Matt Glassmeyer)

14. Everybody Wants to be a Jongleurs (Michael Stegner)

Every brother wants to be our mother. Every mother wants to have our sons. Everybody wants to be a Jongleur. Everybody wants to smell our lungs.
