Alta Design Associates, Inc.
Audio-Visual Content and Software Provider

WHAT WE DO

The staff of Alta Design Associates, Inc., based in the Philadelphia Region, has its foundations designed in the mica schist of the Wissahickon Formation. The metamorphic rock that lies deep beneath the overlying sand and silt of the Bridgeton Formation, which is all beneath various layers of man-made fill. Our foundation design then emerges through the cobblestones, aggregate, cement, and sand of the city streets of Philadelphia.

The ALTA staff specializes in the areas of computer aided design (CAD), and the production of interactive audio-visual media content. However, we are studied in architectural design of icons such as the PSFS building. Not only does our staff understand CAD lingo, but we understand the terminology of architucture and engineering. For instance, members of our staff have been provided with the privelege of working on the rehabilitation of the Benjamin Franklin bridge. At the time of the original construction of this bridge, people traveled from around the world just to see this engineering advancement. Alta Design Associates, Inc. strives to be in the 21st Century, the way Benjamin Franklin effected the 18th and 19th centurys, and the way the Benjamin Franklin Bridge influenced the 20th century. Alta strives to be the bridge between technology and people.

The firm supplements the installation of hardware and software with training and consulting services as appropriate. Such a sole-source offering reduces clients' costs and uncertainties associated with utilizing multiple contractors and consultants, and provides a single source for resolution of technical issues.

ALTA's growth is supported by the responsiveness of its staff. The firm's emphasis on exceptional service has enabled it to substantially expand its operations. Its representatives are professionals with backgrounds in the areas of engineering, industrial design, architecture, and information systems.
