Buffet Luncheon

Soup, Salad and Baked Potato Buffet-Homemade soup du jour, tossed garden greens with house salad dressings, and baked potatoes with melted cheddar cheese, broccoli, sour cream with chives, and bacon.

Chef Salad Buffet-Tossed salad greens to be topped off with an assortment of julienne meats and cheeses, crumbled bacon, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, and other seasonal vegetables. Served with a selection of homemade dressings and warm rolls.

Deli Buffet-Sliced deli meats and cheeses served with fresh rolls and breads. Condiment tray including lettuce, tomatoes and onions, pickles, olives, mustard and mayonnaise. Choice of one of the following salads: pasta, potato, chicken, tuna, or shrimp.

Miniature Hoagie Buffet-An assortment of deli meats, cheeses and seasonings on French bread served with homemade potato salad, pickles, olives, mustard and mayonnaise.

Pita Pocket Buffet-Stuffed with tuna, chicken, and shrimp salad. Includes a condiment tray and either soup or salad. Soup or salad to be pre-ordered.

Pasta Buffet-Top your baked cheese ravioli with chicken and/or sweet sausage. Crisp garden salad with a variety of house dressings and hot rolls and butter.
