Concorde's complete Substance Abuse Management Program provides the following components critical for a successful program:

Supervisory Training- Concorde's Training Program will ensure that substance abuse Supervisory Staff are fully prepared to implement and participate in the management of the Drug & Alcohol Testing Program.
Certified Laboratories- Concorde has the capability to establish an on-line link with all SAMHSA certified laboratory reporting systems. This enables Concorde to work with any SAMHSA certified laboratory.
Collections:
On-Site- Concorde will send trained forensic collectors (BATs and EBTs) on-site to your location(s). On-site collections reduce errors and work time lost going off-site.
Off-Site- Concorde, using a database locator system, will quickly and efficiently locate and monitor a collection site for each of your locations. Monitoring includes training, flaw corrections and payment of collection fees.
Alcohol Testing- Concorde will perform alcohol testing at your location with Concorde trained BATs and Concorde owned EBTs. All Donor information and test results are captured in a hand held computer and communicated to you on-line or by fax.
MRO review- Concorde's ACOM certified MROs, experienced in Toxicology and Substance Abuse, review all laboratory results in accordance with DOT regulations.
Results Reporting- Concorde will confidentially communicate all final test results to the designated program coordinator(s). Concorde has the capability to supply test result information in computer-readable formats.
Random Selection- Concorde will implement a random selection program which will meet all DOT requirements including maintenance of follow-up selection pools for employees testing positive.
